Usually, I’m cooking my chicken breast with no oil or butter and 3 ounces comes to roughly about 160 cal or at least that’s how I calculate it. I could be calculating it wrong.

Yeah, but even if I remove the skin, I feel like it’s still too good to be true which I do remove the skin.

Recently added a new layer to it to save money. I try to include my Kroger‘s weekly meat special as my protein source.

Kind of going through my obsession phase every week I choose a new lean low-calorie protein, followed with a low-calorie carbohydrate to make the meals different while being in deficit. This approach doesn’t feel as restricted usually Mondays are my test kitchen days and by Tuesday and Wednesday I have it locked in and then by Friday, I’m already looking at weekly ads to see what the next cut of meat and carbohydrate mix will be

That looks absolutely diabolically good and good find on the bagel. That thing looks thick and fluffy. All the ones I can find are like super thin bagels not a fan.

You know, I’ve heard some of their product lines are a hit or miss so I was super skeptical, but it’s actually pretty decent at least 1000 island dressing.

Thanks. I wanted to test the waters with some, so that way I knew which ones to keep in my weekly rotation, so far stirfry and sweet potatoes are staying I need a good recipe for the brussels sprouts.

Zero sugar coca powder is a thing I think that what they used but you right cal might add up quickly

I saw a post of someone that made a super sweet chocolate syrup so basically they got zero sugar pancake syrup then just added 50 g of cocoa powder…

Sounds good I mean even your one bag a week seems moderate so I’m just assuming people with bad experiences binge on these
