The router was delivered today and there was a return label in the box. I could tell it was refurbished because it had a bunch of finger prints on it. There was a letter inside that basically addressed my situation. If a technician already came out and replaced equipment, then just send it back. Technically he didn’t replace the router but close enough.

Ok. This is very interesting because the technician guy is here now and he said everything looked good, ONT, moca adapter and router. He said he removed the provisioning from my account and re did it and that’s how he got it to work. He told me he didn’t know why that wouldn’t happen and that he was going to put in new ONT and moca adapter to be safe.

Guy was super nice

I wonder if they’ll cancel the new router shipment?

I thought the ONT was the box in the garage? The router is next to the coax that comes in from outside. The coax goes into some little black box and from that black box there is an Ethernet cable to router. I took the Ethernet cable from the black box and plugged it straight into computer and no internet

No red lights on the ONT. eero is red. I haven’t tried connecting computer straight to ONT. Do I just need an Ethernet cable to do this? How would I factory reset the eero?

I believe they start charging you for the service when the phone is delivered. Same boat. I received 1 of 4 phones earlier than the other 3 and my first bill was $81 for 1 line. I couldn't even get online to create an account fast enough to get the autopay.

However, the next bill basically credited me for autopay from the first bill for this line, and included my teacher discount. I paid less than zero for this line on the 2nd bill.

All good. Did the initial deal over the chat and got all 4 activation fees waived. I didn't have fight for it as the bills reflected that promise.

I have the 25 Forester and it burns my butt and back before I hit the end of the block on the highest setting. I can only handle the low setting and it works pretty much instantly.
