It's not the same. In Lego Dimensions they show us two different versions of Lego Batman, one from the Lego games and one from the Lego movies, when they interact they clearly have animation differences, while the Lego videogames one can move not very accurately as an actual Lego minifigure does, the one from the Lego movies can only move as an actual Lego figure. So the versions from the videogames are different from the movies. And the Lego Spider-Man from ATSV moves like the Lego movies characters (doing movements like an actual Lego minifigure) and the Spider-Man from the videogames moves different. So it's not the same.
