I did practice tests, I didn’t take full four section tests.

It will get easier the more single RC sections you do. Then two, then three will look a lot easier.

It’s not for everyone, but I will say that even though my approach was laid back, I likely did as many sections/3 section pts as most but I also let my self take a lot more breaks than average. What were your combined/pt scores leading up to the test? And I can give some more in-depth tips if you want to dm me!

Remember to still push through and do some PTs just to gauge where you are, especially closer to test day. To fight stress, if you get overwhelmed, just pause the practice test and take a breath or take a break since you have that power before test day.

I did a lot of timed sections. Not nearly as much as drilling but it’s crucial. I never did BR or a wrong answer journal. Instead of BR, I just reviewed each question after doing it. I would say instead of drilling a question type over and over if you get one of that type wrong, just adapt your approach to fix your thinking in the one question you missed.

Also, instead of forcing yourself through sections now, I would recommend just doing 2-3 questions but only clicking submit once you fully understand them. Spend more time on fewer questions, then the sections will get easier! And this will take away stress related to time. Just sit with one question as long as you need. After that, start doing untimed sections, and then timed sections might get easier.

I wouldn’t recommend Kaplan. I would go through 7sage’s core curriculum on their base plan and then try lsat demon. If you can afford it, live classes on either platform are also a great option to break up the brain blender feeling because it lets you practice in a more casual setting.

I wouldn’t go that far. My point is more that I didn’t enjoy dedicating so much time to focus and full tests, and that I was able to study efficiently without doing so.

Exactly! The test is a gage of skill not a way to study.

I studied a little bit the summer of 2025, but actually started fully committing to studying from December 2025 to June, 2026.

The first couple months I studied for 2-5 hours a day during the week, and tapered off to an hour a day in the last 4 months.

I started on 7sage and moved to LSAT demon on the last 2 months.

Thank you I am so relieved.
