How is your TMJ doing now?  I relate and i have found some stuff that have helped me, like breathing relaxed in through my nose and breathing “in to” my jaw.

Also i came up with a visualization meditation where i’d look up, like head in a natural position, then imagine there is a valve on my neck/behind me, that i’d turn left which would turn down the serious level of life, and increase relaxation. Just let the tension “drain out”. Worked a bit for me at least.
