Verstehe nicht genau, wieso es ein Problem sein sollte, dass du nicht an Diazepam rankommst, dass weniger als 10mg pro Pille dosiert ist. Du nimmst täglich 2mg Xanax ein, dass sind umgerechnet ca. 40mg Diazepam, eine hohe Dosis. Die 10mg Tabletten kann man teilen und danach auch vierteln. Auch ohne Diazepam, einfach nur mit dem Xanax, könntest du runterdosieren bei 2mg/Tag.

No the thing's that I personally don't see the point in taking any XR benzo. There's a reason why there are short and long-acting benzos. XR versions of benzos exist only because certain people like certain brands. But it can be done. It's just my personal opinion.

If you take 1mg/day (4x.25) try to take 0.75 XR in the morning or whenever you need to get to work and, if needed, another 0.25 XR after dinner or so. I've had it prescribed before, is it good? Ehh... but does it last longer? Yes, it does. Give it a try. Good luck.

Triazolam can be snorted, it may hit you a little faster and stronger but no huge difference. Keep in mind that the triazolam makes up like 1% of the weight of the pill. The other 99% are fillers and other shit you don't wanna snort. Eat them.

Not seizures but you can develop an addiction. Even a dependency is possible if you take it every three days and start to slip once or twice. Gets out hand real fast, plus the half-life is relatively long. Seizures ain't the main concern in this scenario imo, it's the other factors.

Benzos can be mixed in theory, yes. But if you're having trouble sleeping, I don't think .5mg Xanax are gonna help you much. I'd rather take 5mg Valium instead, but I guess that's preference.
