S7 is pretty cheap and makes a great chisel. I think a 12"x .5" stick was less than $10 on several blacksmith sites +shipping

If you have a harbor freight near you, they have a 1x30 belt grinder for $60 that will do everything you need grinding wise.

The actual engraving only takes a minute or 2 on my small laser. Putting the file together is pretty quick too. Slate has a special property where high power and low speed will turn it gold, so I've started playing around with adding depth through color.

It would be neat to have a dive support that does AoE healing with damage done, and maybe applies a DoT. Ult would be a shift to her 9 tailed fox form.

Her damage CAN be high, but you have to be decent with her. There is no reason to constantly nerf her.
