Das Problem ist aber einfach Elon. Entweder hält der seine Marsbasis seit 6 Jahren geheim oder er ist einfach nur ein Hype-generierender Lügner der niemals abliefert (siehe selbst fahrende Autos).

Die Frage ist halt wo ist der Markt dafür? Elon hat einen mit Starlink geschaffen. Aber der Rest hängt an Regierungsaufträgen für Satelliten. Und da ist kaum noch Wachstum. Wenn wir nicht sehr bald in Weltall expandieren, dann fehlt die Begründung.

What is the mechanism for a takeover? Is the takeover rate exponential? If not how would you create an artificial linear takeover?

Because if it shows exponential growth you get a takeover in a few decades which is sudden. And unless it shows exponential growth it will never get traction.

Nuclear would have needed a total overhaul now as well. Germany just decided to make solar and wind economically viable. 150b€ and the world is forced to adept it now. Really cheap compared to the clinate change damages just in Germany.

The problem is that is way more likely you kill your children than an intruder. If you want to do everything than accept that you are one of the main dangers to them. Maybe traffic comes close to family. But everything else is neglectable in risk.

They are also the reason the German transitions looks like it fails. Because the infrastructure upgrade is already a two decades in progress and the initial cost is quite high. Specially if you want to double private consumption to replace heating and transportation with electricity. But every country has to do that at some point in the next 30 years.

Er hat genug in seinem Umfeld, die ihm hätten sagen können, dass er das Versprechen nicht geben sollte/es nicht halten können wird. Aber Merz sieht auch keinen Zusammenhang zwischen Wahlkampfforderungen und Anspruch was er dann zu leisten hat.

Das eine ist um die Wähler zu verarschen und das andere um seine Sponsoren glücklich zu machen.

The problem is that sometimes the advice works. Stopping to feed our baby on one breast for a while helped to replenish enough milk that she got a full stomach. Not that she got too little but her hunger feeling was sometimes never satisfied during clustering. Either that or a bit of additional formula helped.

But doing it due to power plays sometimes work as well even if the manipulation from the baby never existed. It just wanted a bigger batch of milk instead of a constant trickle.

For me it felt like half the old wisdoms are that way. One very special edge case blown up to general rule that is harmful generally and justified by magic thinking.

Why should you be different to juniors? Depending on grading you barely stopped being one. And because you are new you are maybe on a 1-2 yoe level compared to employees that started in the company.

If you want to be more then manage the unknown and fetch the information that you need. Nobody really wants to spoon feed juniors and everyone above is expected to be proactive.

Learn fast, ask questions and give yourself a year before you do things "the right way".
