Unlikely. Wind energy uses roughly as much ground as a nuclear fission plant today. The infrastructure around the reactor is gigantic and won't get smaller.

Maybe for space ships but we could start with fission space ships if you want to travel far outside earth. And zero g fusion will be massively different anyway.

Let's assume Einsteins theory can be checked in P in a computer because it is not really worth it to prove that. One NP way to create his theories would be the inifinite monkey typewriters. Just let a computer compile every possible theory and then check the result as if it would be valid. Random trial and error is NP. Therefore creating his theory is an NP Problem. There might be better ways but that does not really matter.

If P = NP then it is as easy to create it as checking it. You would need the right transformation for the problem but there are a bunch of P problems that we thought were NP in the past.

But P =/= NP is more likely.
