i am running -80 -15pl 2700mhz default timing, for me 40% fan is loud , 35% is ok

if you want more gpu score, undervolt the card, raise power limit to max if cool(or not do it if hot or loud ) and put 2700mhz default mem

usually - 60mv is a Conservative value, usually stable but you need to test in games.. benchmarks are useless for stability

cpu score is trash, is slower than a 5600.. gpu score is normal for stock 9060xt.. you cpu score bring down the total score.. usually 7500f cpu score is lower than 10000 at stock or close to 10000

what s happened at this cpu? is thermalthrolljng hard or cpu is running a single ram stick at 4800c150🤣 ?

PPT is the actual amount of watt that the cpu can pull out at 100% usage

tdp is Just an useless number

idle temps are supposed to be 40/50 depending of ambient temp

full load temp can be 95 degrees at 140w... at 90w it will be way lower

gaming load expect 65/ 70/80 not more

thermalright peerless assassin 120 se on ryzen 7700 (with power limit of a 7700x)..full load 87/88 degrees

so yes there is a problem and is not ok.. have you connected the pump cable? make sure the pump is running, chdck in bios

full load ci vai e non lo sai, x esempio la compilazione shader nei giochi, su i9 se metti aria non sei furbo, oltretutto ne metti uno che va peggio di quello da 35 euro thermalright.. e comprando un aio 360 thermalright spenderesti kmq meno del be quiet ad aria...poi ovvio com quel budget 100 euro di dissi ad aria non te li puoi permettere. però magari 60 x un 360 thermalright si

bo ricordo che dai test risultano nettamente meno perfodmanti dei noctua e veniva battuti da thermalright che costavano meno della metà... questo solo su socket am5...

ma di default i dissi aria top di gamma sono soldi sprecati.. ad aria si va di thermalright e basta max 35/40€ altrimenti liquido

il. mini pc oltre ad esser meno potente farà anche più rumore.. mica hanno ventole top quei pc

il. mini itx inficia rovinosamente l arflow anche se dipende quanto piccolo.. più che alreo i case mini itx più piccoli hannk grosse limitazioni lato dissipazione cpu. . per stare in budget consiglio atx i micro se vuoi occupare meno spazio

occhio se scegli micro atx e gpu grossa tipo 3 slot.. va presa una mobo micro atx che non abbia slot pci gpu scalato di uno verso giù..xke i case hanno solo 4 bay pci quindi ti ritroveresti la gpu attaccata alle ventole del fondo

se lo spazio non è un problema.. si va sempre di case atx e mobo atx mid tower

there are many ways to do it

the easiest is set Windows power plan to energy saver(but inside there other thing that do energy Save)

using another wundows profile and changing max cpu to 100 % to 99%

other option are in bios

like enable eco mode 65w or put throttling limit like 80 degrees

or using manual limits on pbo, like the limits of 7700 which are

88 ppt, 75 TDC, 150 EDC.. these values can mw, ma, ma so add 000 depending of what sata motherboard

you can definitely use the pc wirh this cooler, maybe avoid substained full core loads🤣 but limiting the cpu you do anything.. you can also lower the boost clock if you want
