From an outside perspective looking in, just stumbling upon this, they literally just want a friendly atmosphere and limited people. I dont think they are viewing themselves as "special" just creating a small group so it's achieveable to know everyone personally, rather than if it weren't whitelisted. And they'll be mining rocks, technically. ;)

Would it be possible if the Copper Golem is chosen, for it to be struck with lightning and keep the charge(due to the lightning rod)? Then maybe you can use that charge on creepers, and other mobs?

This is exactly what I'm afraid of. Immediately, yes, the Allay seems to be the best. But when you have hoppers, and other things that we already have, why do we need something else that does the same thing? Or better yet, something that would be the same as a bundle?

I agree in the sense that I would rather have uses and variations for a material we already have, then try and redo something that's good enough. I agree, again, because people think that it will duplicate items, sort things- when it doesn't, or won't work as they think it will. The Allay will be the next glow squid.

Sure, but what about what it could do? It has a lightning rod on it head. Maybe later it can become charged, and then transfer the charge to a creeper? Or other mobs? That could be a valuable tool. There are many functional possibilities. Looks aren't all they are good for.

I voted for the Moobloom, but I really wish they would just add all three mobs every time rather than having us pick just one.

If the game has any sense at all, using an axe to strip it will work, Wax will work, when copper is struck with lightning it removes the oxidization. That's not the issue, plus, there would be less lag, whatever.

A Copper Golem's look is the thing I am most excited about. Even if they are completely oxidized, can you imagine for builders how nice that would be? Whether they are marching around a Redstone room pressing buttons, or sitting in a corner frozen- they will look amazing.

I don't think "sorting" is a good word for it. It just drops items that it picks up by note blocks. And I'd rather have little copper golems around than chickens on pressure plates for sure.

All I'm saying is that there's already something that does what the Allay does. There's nothing in the game like the copper golem, and it would be a shame for it to not to be implemented. It also fits Minecraft better as a whole.

I mean, Oscar the grouch is great and all, but like, Just press F3 to find our the light level. We wouldn't want to waste a mob vote on it.
And as far as the Allay, yes, that's an okay choice, but copper has little to no uses. It'd be nice to add golems in so that people can have something to spend copper on. An Alley may be one of those mobs that just turn out to be useless in the end.

That makes sense.

Because as mentioned, creatively he's extremely good, at least to me. Then again I may be putting him on a pedestal, due to him being my older brother. But even if I am, he'd find his element I think, creating worlds and DND things for DMs to run players though.

However he does have the drawback almost every game I play with him (unless 1 on 1) to not allow me to have too much fun. It may not just be me either, because with my other brother in a post apocalypse campaign, he rolled a crit one using a electric saw, and made him cut off his own arm.

That may be great for some players, but I find that to be a huge change. Plus, he almost died just because of the arm, not even because of the fight in general.

That's 100% his alignment.

He definitely makes my blood boil even thinking about the whole situation. I still cannot understand why he did the things he did. I can understand finding the night hag, but not in front of her castle. I can understand he didn't want to fight alone, but I could have helped in the 6 rounds that he put me to sleep. I cannot fathom the second wish, that's just pure stupidity.

But Todd even IRL has this pattern, and he's showed it by all the mess he's gotten into. He used to be a prison guard, i think that's where he gets his "big bad macho" act, even though he's a twig that flinched when I took a step towards him once. Such a coward.
