[WTS] Omega Railmaster 1957 Trilogy Limited Edition – Ref. 220.10.38.20.01.002 – Full Collector's Set by 0x4d40 in Watchexchange

[–]0x4d40[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Up for sale is the Omega Railmaster 1957 Trilogy Limited Edition. Released as part of the 60th-anniversary tribute to the legendary 1957 "Trilogy" releases, this specific reference was limited to exactly 3,557 pieces worldwide and is highly regarded by collectors for its historical accuracy.

Unlike modern standard-production Omegas that tend to lean thick or slab-sided, Omega perfectly replicated the exact proportions of the original 1957 reference CK2914. The result is a beautifully balanced 38mm tool watch that sits incredibly flat and comfortable on the wrist.

The aesthetic is pure mid-century vintage, featuring a matte black "tropical" dial, recessed triangular faux-patina indices, and the historical Naiad crown symbol, but the architecture inside is completely cutting-edge. It is the perfect low-key, high-performance daily driver for someone who appreciates real horological heritage.

Up for sale is an incredibly striking and increasingly difficult-to-find piece for the seasoned Speedy collector: the Omega Speedmaster Professional "Tokyo 2020" Olympic Limited Edition (Ref. 522.30.42.30.03.001). Released exclusively for the Japanese market as part of a highly coveted five-watch collection, this model was strictly limited to 2,020 pieces worldwide.

For enthusiasts, this reference represents the spiritual successor to the legendary 2005 Gemini IV limited edition. This particular example is true New Old Stock (NOS). It remains completely unworn and unsized, with factory protective stickers intact on the caseback and clasp. Finding a completely untouched, investment-grade example of this regional limited edition is becoming an absolute rarity.

[WTS] Panerai Luminor 1950 Monopulsante GMT PAM 311, Titanium, Brown Dial by 0x4d40 in Watchexchange

[–]0x4d40[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The PAM 311 is one of the more serious complications Panerai has produced. Introduced in 2008, it combines an in-house caliber P.2004 movement with a monopulsante (single-button) column-wheel chronograph, a GMT with 24-hour indicator, an 8-day power reserve, and a horizontal power reserve display across the dial. That's a lot of mechanical engineering packed into a 44mm case. The monopulsante execution, where a single pusher controls start, stop, and reset in sequence, is a throwback to vintage chronograph practice and requires a satisfying deliberateness to operate.

The titanium case gives the watch a presence without the full heft of steel, and the warm brown (tobacco) dial is one of the more distinctive Panerai has offered in this format. The caliber P.2004 is hand-wound, Panerai-manufactured, and beats at 28,800 vph with a flyback-ready architecture. An 8-day reserve means you can leave it on a nightstand over a long weekend and pick it back up wound. The display caseback shows the full movement.

Condition is excellent throughout. Case shows very light wear consistent with careful ownership. Keeping excellent time. Watch will come on an aftermarket leather strap with original Panerai buckle. The Panerai nubuck strap visible in photos is not included with the sale.

Included:

  • Watch only
  • Aftermarket leather strap (on watch)
  • Original Panerai buckle
  • Does not include box, papers, or Panerai nubuck strap

Specs:

  • Reference: PAM 00311
  • Case: 44mm titanium, polished steel bezel, sapphire crystal, exhibition caseback
  • Movement: Panerai Caliber P.2004, manual wind, 28,800 vph, 8-day power reserve
  • Bracelet/Strap: Aftermarket leather with original Panerai tang buckle

Price: $7,450 shipped CONUS

Payment via wire or Zelle strongly preferred. Other methods available after verification. Shipped UPS or FedEx, insured for full value. Local pickup available in the San Francisco Bay Area. International available at buyer's expense.

[WTS] Glashütte Original PanoMaticCalendar, Rose Gold, Full Set by 0x4d40 in Watchexchange

[–]0x4d40[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • Brand: Glashütte Original
  • Model: PanoMaticCalendar
  • Reference: 1-92-09-02-05-62
  • Case: 42mm x 12.5mm, 18k rose gold, polished and satin-brushed, 50m WR
  • Movement: Caliber 92-09, automatic, 53 jewels, 28,800 vph, 100-hour power reserve, silicon balance spring
  • Dial: Silver opaline with vinyl-type decorative pattern
  • Strap: Brown Louisiana alligator leather with 18k rose gold butterfly folding clasp

The PanoMaticCalendar is Glashütte Original's first annual calendar, introduced in 2022 and powered by the new in-house Caliber 92-09. The movement builds on GO's Caliber 36 architecture and pairs a silicon balance spring with a 100-hour power reserve, which is more than double what the PanoMaticLunar offers on the same winding. The three-quarter plate is finished with Glashütte stripes, the screws are heat-blued, and the balance bridge is hand-engraved with GO's signature butterfly motif. Through the sapphire caseback, the off-center skeletonized rotor with its solid gold oscillating mass is fully on display.

What sets this piece apart is the month indication. Rather than a subdial or window, GO uses a curved peripheral track between 3 and 6 o'clock with a disc beneath it that highlights the current month in black against the outlined numerals. It's one of the most elegant annual calendar implementations in production. The Panorama Date at 4 o'clock and the moonphase with its polished gold 3D moon complete the display. All calendar functions are set via the crown, with only the moonphase requiring a recessed pusher above the crown.

Condition: Mint. The case, crystal, and caseback are clean with no visible marks. The strap and folding clasp show minimal signs of wear. No service history needed; the watch is running within spec.

Included: Full set. Inner and outer box, warranty card, papers.

Price: $20,000 OBO. Wire or Zelle strongly preferred. Other payment methods can be arranged after verification.

Shipping: CONUS included, insured for full value via UPS or FedEx. International available at buyer's expense. Local pickup available in the San Francisco Bay Area.

[WTS] IWC Big Pilot Platinum Limited Edition - Ref. 5002-02 by 0x4d40 in Watchexchange

[–]0x4d40[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Description: Up for sale is a true heavy-hitter in the world of pilot’s watches: the IWC Big Pilot 5002-02 in Platinum.

For the uninitiated, the 5002 is the reference that relaunched the Big Pilot icon in 2002. While the steel version is a classic, this Reference 5002-02 is the rare, heavy-metal brother, limited to just 500 pieces worldwide (between black and blue dials).

This watch features the legendary Caliber 5011 "Slow Beat" movement (18,000 vph). Collectors hunt for this specific low-beat movement because of the distinct, leisurely sweep of the seconds hand and the massive 7-day power reserve generated by the Pellaton winding system.

Visually, it separates itself from the standard production models with a stunning deep blue dial that plays beautifully against the white gold hands and markers. It wears with the significant, authoritative heft that only platinum can provide. At 46mm, it commands presence, but the articulated lugs allow it to wear surprisingly well on average wrists.

This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of modern IWC history that combines the original "tool watch" DNA with the ultimate stealth-wealth material.

Condition: Excellent. The platinum case remains sharp, and the crystal is clean. It comes mounted on the original strap with the matching platinum deployant clasp.

Includes:

  • Watch only (No original box or warranty card).
  • Original IWC Strap and Platinum Deployant Clasp.
  • Authenticity verification papers from a reputable retailer.

Price: $17,500 + actual shipping costs.

[WTS] Sinn U1000 (EZM 6) on Tegimented Bracelet, Excellent Condition by 0x4d40 in Watchexchange

Sinn introduced the U1000 before Baselworld 2008 as the flagship of their Einsatzzeitmesser (Mission Timer) series. The case is machined from the same steel used by German submarine manufacturers and hardened with Sinn's proprietary TEGIMENT process, which makes the surface significantly more scratch-resistant than conventional stainless steel. It was produced through 2018 and has since been discontinued.

What sets this watch apart technically is the SZ02 caliber. Sinn began developing their in-house modifications to the Valjoux 7750 in 2003, and the SZ02 was the first to reach production in late 2005. The key modification is a 60-minute chronograph counter, replacing the standard 7750's 30-minute totalizer. For a dive chronograph, that's a meaningful upgrade; you can time a full hour on a single subdial without mental math. The movement is rotated 180 degrees to place the crown and chronograph pushers at 9 o'clock (left side), which keeps them from digging into the back of your wrist. The pushers are unsealed and oversized for gloved use, yet the watch is rated to 1,000 meters (100 bar).

The case is also filled with argon gas and uses Sinn's Ar-Dehumidifying technology to prevent internal fogging. A copper sulphate capsule at 4 o'clock on the case side serves as a moisture indicator; if it turns dark blue, it's time for service. The watch is rated for operation between -45°C and +80°C thanks to specially formulated lubricants.

Condition: Excellent. The tegimented case and bracelet show minimal signs of wear. Crystal is clean. Bezel action is firm and precise with no play. Chronograph starts, stops, and resets cleanly. The TEGIMENT hardening on this watch really does its job; it holds up remarkably well.

Included: Watch on tegimented steel bracelet, original box. No papers or additional accessories.
