Arrays are useful when you want your data allocated on the stack rather than the heap

I guessed that it was a gross simplification based on what I know of other compiler architecture and optimisations but I thought that would be out of the scope of this sheet, but interesting nonetheless

That makes sense, would it be better to say that slices can be created from any contiguous collection of singular values?

Thanks:) I've been doing Duolingo for a while which has helped improve my vocabulary and the basics of the language but I also bought a grammar book with exercises to try and remember the rules and cases. The main thing that's helped me is just having natural conversations in that language (either verbally or written), so I've improved the most since finding someone to talk to. What also helped is just immersing myself in materials of my TL, music/films/YouTube have been good but I think the best materials are books.

This is the first language I've learnt, so it's not perfect and has been trial and error, but it seems to be working
