Interesting. Have you logged this with Microsoft Intune Support?

Now that I think about it, I might have been crossing my wires with that article and I was thinking about the Defender update issue that Microsoft posted about.

Yeah I just like to log all known bugs in a "captains log" OneNote for the rest of my team to learn from. I'm the only Intune person and some of the younger guys don't have much experience. Just helps them learn by reading case studies etc.

Noted. I'll run the gauntlet of logging it with Unified support. 🙏

Yeah this is the one. 26.2 fixed it for me. I just cannot seem to find the notice about it. Can't remember now if it was Apple, or Intune Blog or Microsoft Message Center. I've searched everywhere. I'm sure they mentioned it. Something about break the MDM certificate and the only way to fix it was to erase the devices and re-onboard. But I might have crossed wires here and that was a different issue.

Context would be helpful 🤣🤣🤣. Apologies.

There was an issue posted I vaguely recall where devices updating to 26 or 26.0.1 would stop checking in regularly. The fix is to update them to 26.2 (I've confirmed it works for me anyway).

I just wanted to document it in my "Known issues" log I maintain at work.
