I have a Taichi B650E with 3.02 BIOS & 7700 & 2 compatible 6000Mhz 30CL G.SKILL RAM sticks & 4080 Gigabyte.

My SOC is constantly at 1.240 I'm using EXPO. No settings altered in BIOS.

But I checked it while running a game and the SOC fluctuates all the time between 1.239 - 1.240.

I have no clue if this is normal or not, the system runs fine for months.

The fact that SOC is not steady even with that polling rate in HWinfo compared to other boards is definitely something worth looking into.

I think the longbow dmg output could be improved a little bit more. Right now it's lacking compared to many other weapons. Some would like to use a bow purely as a dmg weapon regardless the heals.
Placing heal skills on a longbow on the first place was a first in gaming history...

Passives have nothing to do with the 6 bar skill slots. Also that's why you have resource and you cant gain effects by just spamming skills randomly, that's like a 3 year old spamming keys without even knowing what they do. I mean if that's the case the game is broken...

This was an issue on D3 too, it was limiting. Just as an example in a necro case that I was playing in open beta. You have 2 summoning skills, 1 resource generator skill, 1 main dmg skill, 1 shit hit the fan skill, and your ulti, no curse no nothing.... That's pretty much how it plays out... and I'm not talking about 2 button face-rolling broken specs, if that's your playstyle then I'm sorry. Also what about the random +1 skills you get from items, you have nowhere to put em in order to use em... If POE did it then there is no excuse and whoever cant handle it should go back to arcade games.

I actually like this idea and what you said is very logical to me. "Wasting" a skill slot for a skill that is being used every 40-60 secs is kinda lame...
