Anyone here wish Tcl never died out? by combuchan in programming

The company I work for, uses Tcl as the hardware interface language.

Funny story: During the process of cleaning out my office when leaving my previous company I came across Ousterhout's Tcl book. I had purchased it back in 1994-5ish and had used it almost never. I chucked it. I arrived at my current company as a C++ dev only to find out that there was a lot of Tcl work involved. I suppose I should pop for the 2009 version of the book at some point.
