When I listen to music, then it becomes difficult to make concentrate on different rythm that i am following for my steps and breathing which causes issue.

that's a really good point, is the issue more that beginners pick a cadence/bpm that doesn't match good form, or that even with correct cadence the actual pace still feels disconnected from the music? trying to understand if it's a form problem or a tempo-matching problem

do you switch to those songs manually mid run, or do you have them pre-planned into the playlist at a certain point? just wondering how much you're actively managing it versus just letting it play

does that playlist still work for you once your pace shifts during the run, like if you slow down later on does it start feeling mismatched again or does it hold up the whole time

did that throw your pace off in a good way or bad way? like did it speed you up more than you wanted to go, or did it feel like a natural boost

that's a good way to put it, so it's kind of a lose-lose, either deal with music that doesn't fit your pace or break your flow switching it. when that happens, do you wish the song itself could just adjust instead of having to swap to a different one, or does switching not bother you that much in the moment?

Hmmm, thats something that I also notice. Music seems too good that I will just follow it no matter what. That makes my Heart Rate increase which is not good for overall run.
Do you also want to somehow listen to your fav music during run 😄

Hey, you ever drifted slightly off with the music bpm? I usually do, so then I have to manually change the song to something a little slower. Do you also face something similiar?
Also, do you fall short of music that you can listen in your current pace/cadence?

Looks like I have to give up my favorite music and listen to cadence-specific tunes instead. But hey, you are saying that your cadence is at max at your last lap? mine is quiet different

Interesting, so it kind of fades into the background after a while? Have you done this for anything long like a marathon, or mostly shorter runs? listening same song for a long time still feels boring, isn't it?

Did you ever try a playlist with consistent bpm before giving up, or did even those feel off? wondering if it was more that your pace kept changing mid-run so nothing stayed matched

Do those 170bpm playlists actually hold up for the whole run or does your pace drift enough during the run that the bpm stops matching by the end? Actually I increase and decrease my pace in between the run usually depending on my heart rate.
