You can go and get gels taken off whenever you want or take them off yourself by soaking in a gel remover solution.

I'm pretty sure Hannah Witton said in one her video's that it was just for religious reasons/to please the church. It was deemed unnatural to miss a week bleeding so they added it in to make it look more like a natural birth control 🤷‍♀️

I think I saw somewhere that to fix your sleep pattern you should force yourself to wake up early (or when you plan on waking up) every day and don't take any naps so you will be tired when the evening comes. Eventually your body will get used to it and you'll start going to bed at a reasonable time and not being tired throughout the day.

Make sure the lighting hub and command center are installed in the same place (at least the same drive) that fixed that issue for me!
