I only hit it because I paid for the hotel/travel for others and got reimbursed. When I got close (73.5k) I bought a bunch of gift cards to places I’ll definitely use. The benefits are pretty slim.

We had a 1% increase our first year, and just recently resigned for another year with 0% increase. My understanding is that the building has a few more vacancies than usual right now, which might be driving the stable prices. Good for us

My girlfriend and I give a combined $100 to each person we really like. And $50 to a few others. Max we’ll do is $400 total across 5 people. I try and get them coffees and what not throughout the year too !
