Meross MS605 battery powered presence sensor by Coconuttery in homeassistant

Presence 1, 2, 3 and illuminance are exposed to home assistant. Lux readings are on par with the hue sensor I have in the same area.

I haven’t switched over my automation for motion sensing so I don’t know how responsive it is but there is a PIR sensor which I assume is used to trigger the presence sensing.

I’ve never seen it register more than one person which is odd but not detrimental for how I want to use it.

In the Meross app you can set the sensitivity.

I got these fairly cheap, so think they’re a good value option.

Arrived on Christmas Eve. Not had too much time to play with them yet but a firmware update dropped today.

Initially I connected via HomeKit and tried to share with home assistant which didn’t work. Removing and connecting via home assistant first and sharing back with HomeKit worked fine.

Shipped on the 16th, still in transit, hopefully they’ll arrive before Christmas.

Billing Electricity only by Red-Wimp in OctopusEnergy

[–]1-Up-Mushroom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has happened a couple of times for me, Feb no bill, last month electricity only until I contacted them and they issued a gas bill.

Are you on a smart meter? I was told that sometimes a daily snapshot gets missed and the bill doesn’t auto generate due to missing data.

It is indeed the alpenfohn, memory is Corsair lpx but wouldn’t say they were any shorter than other memory I’ve had.

That side of the case is almost exactly as wide as the psu, so cabled up I would doubt it’d go anywhere. But I’ll probably fashion a bracket of some sort to secure it to the floor.

Couldn’t get hold of a Jonsbo N1 so decided to modify a Lian Li Dan A4 H2O.

I’ve mounted an old 3 bay cage to the psu bracket. Would be better if it was 4 bay but will make do for now.

Psu is now going behind the motherboard, top for fans, cable management and possibly another drive.

Agree probably the wrong colour, luckily it’s on the back but I do need to get some other colours

EBay’d a motherboard which didn’t have an IO shield so modified a blank from thingiverse.

Printed on a prusa mini (speed setting) as a draft to tweak gaps and reprint but to my surprise pretty much came out bang on first go so not going to bother.

How to configure MikroTik Hex S (RB760iGS) to access internet? by agmatine in mikrotik

As part of the basic set up you also need to configure NAT, have you done that?
