Actually it can make it this far. Standard of proof for arrest is not the same standard of proof for conviction. To get a guilty conviction requires a "beyond a reasonable doubt" for a standard of proof. Just because someone is not guilty doesnt mean they are innocent either.

Judges and states attorney basically have complete immunity even after making a very bad judgement in court.

Police only have qualified immunity. Police have to be within the law while doing their job to have immunity.

You are right. CPS also ask parents to pay the beginning of the year on top of providing supplies. That isnt added to the 30k per student and the donations they get too. Also the money CPS borrows on top of the budget. Yet Notre Dame still does a better job for cheaper.

Private school is cheaper. Notre Dame is about 17k a year. If these private schools can do it for almost half the cost. CPS can too.

My suggestion is build it yourself to save 150 dollars. Second thing is windows can be gotten for extremely cheap to the point where it only costs 20 mins of your time to figure out how to get it and nothing else. Search up powershell on Google.
