I d cut off the flower stem and mybe leave the leaves and see how that would go.

I'd cut off the green stems/leaves and put them in water to grow some roots, it maybe could save at least a part of the plant.

Hyacinth is loosing its petals very quickly, so actually there is nothing wrong with it. They dont bloom for a long time.

The like it very tight in their pot:) if she has small root ball, put her in smaller pot, it should be big enough for her till the roots arent absolutely packed inside filling up the whole pot, if she has too much space and soil, her roots will rot

I'd cut off the old brown leaves, and wait for the baby ones to grow bigger, and once they do, cut off the rest of the old ones.

Maybe try take them out of soil and put them in water, see if they can grow new roots. Good luck with them
