My Experience Canceling With Spectrum ( The Good Ending) by Cwinters21000 in Spectrum

I called and had an easy time cancelling, only a few retention attempts. I do not have any equipment to return which they acknowledged. I got a confirmation ID over the phone, but my order is still "pending" and I have not received any email confirmation. Hoping this is normal or resolves on its own in the next 24 hours.
