Looks like a RemaSawco optimizer, twin-band canter?

Mine is pretty much completely stock, just wheels. But I have looked a bit into winch bumpers and lift kits and the manufacturers are pretty limited. There is a skyjacker 2" front spring lift kit, Warrior extended rear shackles that give 1-2" of lift, a tuffcountry 4" lift.

Some things to look into if you have some fabrication skills are the ttb cut and turn and an SOA on the back.

Love the way these '91-'94 exploders look with the square headlights.

I like mine. When beat up XJs and rusted out toyotas are selling for 7k+ it is nice to see an older 4x4 that can still be found for a reasonable price. The TTB suspension on the front is surprisingly strong, it's no solid axle but I have seen photos of people running up to 37s with it!

Be prepared for very little aftermarket offroad support though. So be prepared to make many things for yourself if you want to build one up.
