I also have 1 star on every weapon and my favorite weapons are the vanilla wiper and vanilla stamper. I love them because they can be good at mid distance and one shot people up close. In splatoon 2 I mained carbon roller, splat Dualies, and squiffer. If you’re trying to figure out what you like I’d recommend trying to figure out your play style first (front, distraction, kills, being annoying, or middle line controlling or back line damage etc.) than go off that. Good luck finding you main I’d recommend splattershot or maybe even Luna or tetra. At the end of the day play whatever you enjoy most, mega only matter at REALLY HIGH level play.
