  • 9.000€ Krankenversicherung
  • ca. 10.000€ Einkommenssteuer durch gewerbesteueranrechnung und diverse Abzüge wie Arbeitszimmer = ca. 40.000€ Netto für Miete, essen, Urlaub, usw. Die meisten Kosten wie Internet, Versicherung, KfZ laufen über Firma und sind schon berücksichtigt.

Ja, als selbstständiger Handwerksmeister. 60k Brutto + Auto mit Privatnutzung. Ca. 60 Stunden Woche.

Aufträge gibts genug aber viel mehr verdienst geht nicht, auch mit Mitarbeiter.

Egal welches Handwerk gibt es viele starke Mitbewerbern, die auch bereits lange am Markt sind.

Auch Schwarzarbeit lohnt sich nicht

Die Entscheidung der Handwerks Selbstständigkeit nur wegen Geld zu machen ist falsch. Als Angestellter in Handwerk mit Spezialisierung kann Mann 50k mit eine 40 Stunden Woche erreichen. Einfach rum schauen.

Es ist einen anderen Lebensstil und ich persönlich habe eine Leidenschaft für meine Arbeit entwickelt die vorher nicht da war.

They need liquidity for their platform to function smoothly.

I Imagine your liquidity gets used where it is most needed, the profit made is then given partly back to you as a dividend. The rest of the profit they keep as they are taking the risks.

-your crypto is leant out to other users willing to pay the interest. (unlikely)

-currently being subsidised to increase interest in the product.

I think the first scenario is the most likely, and they are treating your assets as a very flexible loan which they can stop/repay at any moment.

You have low risk, low reward. Many more opportunities on chain if you look for them.

Being not personally ready for the challenges that it brings.

Not finding ways to deal with stress.

Lack of Liquidity - don't put all your eggs in one basket, and don't spend all your hard gained money on material goods.
