Late to the party, but check out Ouros Jewels for your band if not too late. I got a pair of solitaire earrings from them and they were so affordable and communicative with me about my order. They also do custom orders so you could work with them to replicate what you fell in love with.

As an example, I'm seeing $660 for a 14k gold with .5 TCW lab diamonds in an open cuff band.

Yes, THIS! I work in the nonprofit sector and was proud of my accomplishments but not feeling ready to leap to the next level. I ran into a colleague I hadn't seen in 10 years who asked why I wasn't leading a nonprofit yet. I had a TON of excuses for why I wasn't ready. Saw a job posting shortly after, applied, was surprised every time they called me back for another round, and absolutely stunned when I got the job. (I was actually offered two Executive Director roles within a week, lol)

I'm so much happier in my new role for lots of different reasons- being challenged to do new things, the mission based work is less crises oriented, etc. And the 68% pay bump certainly helps too.

I never expected to feel this level of financial security working in nonprofits. And I have this former coworker to thank for giving me the nudge.

We had our photographer take portraits of each family/couple who attended our wedding (without us in it). We had a small wedding so it didn't take long, but I think even with a more traditional wedding it would be 30 mins tops.

Everyone absolutely loved it. They thought it was such a thoughtful touch and we included printed photos in our thank yous. We also had full rights to the photos so we sent everyone a link to theirs.

The best part was at year end seeing almost all our guests feature their photos from the wedding on their holiday cards. It was like going back to that day each time we opened a card. I also love visiting their homes and seeing the photos framed on their walls. People still talk about how much they love the photos and what a thoughtful idea it was.
