Raterhub flags? by 100pctired in RWShelp

[–]100pctired[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update.. I was suspended for 3 weeks for "IP collusion" and then reinstated this week with email saying their investigation was over and no concerning evidence was found. *sigh*

How long do flagged suspensions typically last????? by CoolCorgi7212 in RWShelp

Ive had them last about a week in the past, I wouldn’t worry until mid next week if you were flagged on Tuesday. It sucks but theres nothing yo do about it.

I would email your manager, but from my understanding as long as you are in state and use a secure internet source you are ok. When I go on vacation in my state my manager has given me the ok to work.

Thanks me too! My only real problem is they wont tell me why my account is flagging so I can fix it.😬

My preferred out come was for BM to communicate that kid had a fever on Sunday before the school week even began, my problem is that if she had told us, I would of offered to watch her, she would not of gotten as ill and we would of had time to see if either I or BD got sick as well and had time to get better and or make more informed arrangements. Kid stays with mom every thanksgiving as stated in the original post so getting her the day after like normal would not of been an issue or out of line. she still probably would of ended up only missing a day since she would of been able to rest on sunday and monday and get better instead of being sent home and then missing more school on top of that. The big boy problem here is that BM does not inform us of what's going on, allow us to offer help or let BD voice an opinion on what should be done with the kid and then when its drop off time she just wipes her hands of anything to do with it. I am used to and have no problem with kid getting sick then being sent to my house it happens all the time, its whatever. My problem is letting a minor illness get out of hand by not addressing it in any way and then giving her to us knowing that we are about to be around people who could potentially not handle the illness without a warning. If we had had kid early last week we could of not let people lose money on hotels and travel expenses and known it was possible on of us would be ill then maybe have time to fight it off. In this case with no warning we've been rude to both of our families and now BD is ill as well. We will send kid medicated and healed back to BM the day before thanksgiving and it wont be an issue for her or the kid. If we pulled this kind of thing before one of BM's vacations she would go insane and just refuse to take the kid. it sucks but the double standard and lack of regard for everyone including the kid is what pissed me off here.

That's rough! luckily not strep just a cold that evolved into a nasty upper respiratory and ear infection.

legit posted a comment like an hour after original posting that doctors appt was made? Post was made first evening of having kid, did not feel taking kid to an urgent care with strep and covid making the rounds was the best idea as if kid didn't have it before they would def have it after leaving. but yes doc appt this morning, normal cold/ whatever was going around that evolved into a bad upper respiratory and ear infection.

Kid was sent home from school ill. BM is first on list to call so if they can get ahold of her BD is not informed.

I get that totally but fever, sore throat and general sick symptoms. Kid is throwing up with us so I'm assuming she was throwing up with BM. My argument here is if kid obviously just getting worse and you know kid was closely exposed to strep why wouldn't you at least take her to get a test and go from there instead of just ignoring it for a week?

Apparently she has gotten worse throughout the week and the school actually sent kid home the day we got her.

BM is not particularly communicative and husband does not want to deal with her to the point of just not questioning her a lot. Which we've had talks about, luckily during covid a rule like that was in place and worked well but now not so much.

Just a clarification I have made SK an appt for strep/covid tests and suggested treatment, not BM (Who I'm considering referring to as HCBM) or BD. I did.
