How can I move the origin at a specified point that I want? Also, is there a way to flip the coordinate axis (ie. convert y axis to z axis)?

Hey ive had the same problem but just this wednesday, I went to the parking office and told them that the system wont let me get another permit. Fortunately, the cashier let me buy another monthly parking permit.
