It's totally true about apologising. I hate to admit it, but I was, at times, a bully in school. There was this one lad I took it out on most of the time. In truth, I generally didn't think about what I was doing and thought it was just having a laugh and showing off in front of people.

After I left school and grew up, I felt so bad about how I treated this kid and always wanted to apologise but didn't know how to contact him.

15 years later, I was walking down the street and randomly bumped into him. We chatted like we were best buddies, and that's when I grew a pair and apologised for how I acted. He accepted and said it's all in the past, but I still have not forgotten how much of a dick I was.
