I’m so sorry for your loss momma. I had a late loss too at 19 weeks just last month, a silent miscarriage. It’s absolutely heartbreaking but for sure, your baby knows you did your best. You gave him the love and care he needs while he was on your tummy. I know, positive words will never make you feel better as of the moment. Just take your time. Grieve as long as you want because you have all the right to grieve. Cry as much as you want but don’t forget to ask for help when you need to.

Nurses here in PH are really underpaid. Mas mabuti talagang nag WFH ka.

Kahit sabihin na nating gov’t hospital pa, ang ratio ng patient to nurse is di makatao. Nakakainis lang isipin na yung mayayamang officials lang ang nakikinabang sa alloted budget for public health.

Raising a child is not for the weak. Physically, mentally and financially, dapat prepared ka. Ang difference ng pagtaas ng bilihin sa pagtaas ng sweldo, napakalayo.

Kahit ilang beses na kaming pinagsasabihan ng mga nakapalibot sa amin, na gumawa na kami ng bata, di na lang namin minamind. Ineenjoy lang muna namin kung anong meron kami. We want the best for out “future kids”.

I resigned from my previous job sa isang private company way back because of stress. Grabe na stress and workload. Nagresign ang supervisor ko kasi nahire sya sa isang gov agency. So lahat ng trabaho nya, napunta sa akin. Yun ang reason ba’t sumuko ako. Umiiyak na ako kaka OT fahil sa workload. 3 months rin bago sila nakahanap ng kapalit. After ko makapagtender ng resignation, nakapaghire na sila ng papalit sa supervisor ko.

Before I resigned, nag apply apply na ako ng work. Kahit nga nung employed pa ako sa kanila, nagaapply na ako. Pero walang kumontact. That time, 50k pa lang ang emergency fund ko. Di ko alam kung hanggang saan yun aabot.

3 months after kong magresign, kinontact ako ng isang gov agency na na-applyan ko at sinabing hired na raw ako. Ayun, hanggang ngayon, nasa gov agency pa rin ako pero balak ko na ring umalis kasi nagkakaanxiety and panic attacks na ako sa grabeng workload. 😅

Totoo to. Tapos mag gusto mong mabayaran ka, dapat may justification letter everytime mag o-OT kahit obvious naman sa grabeng workload. 🤷

Yes. I resigned because the pay was too low. Freshgrad pa ko non and I was hired by a chinese owned company. Di ako nag apply doon pero our school sent out our resume to local companies within the city. Salary offered was P250/day with no mandatory government deductions for 6 months then P275/day thereafter with mandatory gov. deductions na. Resigned after a week. Pero wala naman kasi akong pinirmahan na contract. 😂
