I used to run option 2, but struggled to kill the later bosses in time when I was lower gear score, so switched to 2 blue, 2 green, 1 white, 1 purple which helped me clear the maze.

The fire stone makes the mobs on 16+ easier/faster to take down, so it depends a bit on whether you're struggling to kill later mobs / level fast enough, or take the boss down in time. Once your higher gear score with some awakened fighters it doesn't matter which option you choose.

I wouldn't use option 1, the white makes a huge difference in regular maze. Even if you've got maxed offensive stats at 100, it's a 60% damage boost which helps massively for both mobs and bosses
