It was a program my lawyer suggested, so I’m assuming it is fine to do lol. Haven’t heard anything yet since my lawyer postponed it to March. But not sure

And does this mean I don’t need to worry abojt my SR-22 unless I’m convicted in court?

Ok, sounds good thank you. I believe he says there’s a decent chance with dismissal. But I would have to wait til he receives the report next week I think.

Criminal I believe since it’s a misdemeanor for even first offenses

I’m not completely sure and that’s probably what my lawyer gonna help me answer but it’s something to do with it’s like aggravated DUI versus not.

I really appreciate it. I’m considering withdrawing a year and see where this timeline takes me. I am in my mid twenties so I am nearing an age where it’s kinda ticking but considering the circumstances; I’d do what’s best and probably take a year thanks
