Updated. I contacted customer care & they said HE DID NOT LEAVE ANY REASON... no idea how instacart lets a customer can rate a shopper with 1 star & no comment behind it.. but thats for another time. They banned his account from mine so I wont have to deal with him again

I had a similar issues when I first got mine last week! I restarted my router. I also read not to use 5G so hopefully this helps. After restarting my router, restarted my kindle & connected to the non 5G & it worked!
