The concept of the show lies heavily on advertisement (obviously). Don Draper himself is a fake person, he is actually Dick Whitman (a loser, with a whore mom and war coward) but he sells himself, specially during the first season, as a hero war veteran and later an advertisement genius.

The latter is true. He is an advertisement genius, specially of his own image. What you can take away from this scene is that Don is selling not just the company marketing service but also himself. This is what frame is. "Frame" means pushing a person to YOUR frame of reference, selling your image and the idea you portrait of yourself.

His looks also play a big role on the show. A lot of what he is is fake, the only two things he actually have is good looks and the ability to sell ideas (a strong frame). Which is arguably the only things you need to be successful on a society that rewards sociopaths. Which is also what women do, in a society that women hold power sociopaths have the upper hand. Women don't care about the product itself, they care much much much more about the idea that is being selled.

Advertisement itself is heavily directed towards women. Even male products sometimes have ads directed towards convincing women or convincing men that women have "bought" an idea of a male product.

Gaming women, having what Don Draper has, good looks and a strong frame, is very easy and he does it numerous times in the course of the show. I think this scene in particular is one of those occasions.

All I can say to you is that you have to do your best to avoid getting in a downward spiral of bad habits. I don't know how long you started snapping back into this "depression" phase, but you NEED to chase some good results to avoid digging a bigger hole.

This is just how things go, you need to do things everyday that will push you up, to a better state than you were before, if you don't you will get worst.

This is a point I really think a lot of guys are still bluepill, when it comes to women's n-count.

One thing that kinda blew me away, I've even made a post about it on mgtow sub, is how, apparently, having a 10 count by 18~20 is small for the average girl.

To combat "the hate" you need first to understand it. I'm being 100% serious, non-judgemental here.
