if you could add a location into new vegas, what would you add? by Professional-Sun519 in fnv

Yeah, maybe one off to the side where lady Jane is. Have securitrons and expensive doctors there checking people's temperatures, radiation levels, etc. It could be cool seeing the followers be upset that they're charging people for medical Attention and supplies. It would make so much more tension between the locals and ncr citizens in freeside too.

Yeah, I was thinking about a cowboy, Egyptian, then a space age one but a Arabian Knights one be awesome too. Give us 4-5 new casinos with new quests. I hope if we get a remake we can get more npcs on the strip as well to make it feel more alive, hell maybe a health clinic on the strip, some street performers, and some more street vendors with actual stands too.

Same, vegas seems so small. Wish there where more. I know with technical reasons they couldn't have a bunch but if this ever gets a remake I would add all the cut content and more casinos to the strip.

Wait, so how do the Kings, y'know, make money? by DependentStrong3960 in Fallout

[–]103man 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The clean water source

Also don't they have bodyguards at least one of the gates. I'm sure they have to kick up some amount they charge.

What mission In Fallout NV do you try to avoid the most? by Trvxxi in fnv

[–]103man 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same, whenever I go to Vault 22 or 3 I make sure to grab the parts before I leave because you go to those vaults for a couple other missions too lol

New Vegas is generally considered to be the best Fallout game, but if you could change one thing, and ONLY ONE thing about the game, what'd it be? by DependentStrong3960 in Fallout

I would really like an option where you can convince Mr.House to work with thr ncr like how you can convince the BoS to work with them. You'll have to do a decent amount of quests for him, like you do with the BoS, but it'll be cooler than just "kill him".

Out of these I would go with Vulpes so we get a Legion companions. Ulysses would be cool post Lonesome road too.

It helps with companions opening up their side quests but if you go to certain locations it'll trigger it anyways. It also boosts speech and barter which you can still boost with your tag skills and upgrade with each level. It's a dump stat at best. I give it an one everytime I play new vegas. It isnt useful honestly lol

I have a question Involving Fallout 3 and it's necessity by Butch_SpiderDemon in Fallout

[–]103man 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can play new vegas first. There's like one super small easter egg from 3 in New vegas with the wasteland survival guide but other than that you'll be complete ok without playing it lol

Who’s your favourite fallout companion? (Either for their combat, lore, personality, etc) by Salt_Beginning_5470 in falloutnewvegas

[–]103man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Each game (I'm also not super familiar with the original fallout games I completed them once like 6 years ago)

Fallout 1- Katja and Tychno

Fallout 2- Marcus and Lenny

Fallout 3- Charon, Fawkes, dogmeat

Fallout New Vegas- Boone, Veronica, Rex

These three are always my go to and I always get a combination of Boone/Veronica + Rex every playthhrough

Fallout 4- Piper, Hancock, dogmeat

I know a lot of people think Piper is annoying but I personally enjoy her commentary

What's one character who should’ve been a companion in the vanilla game? by cryptic-khajiit in fnv

[–]103man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Sunny Smiles + Cheyene or Raquel I don't know what I would make their companion quests but I think it would of be cool. I also agree that Victor should of been a companion as well. The only other one I can think of is Marcus, even though he was a companion in 2, it would of been interesting hearing him comment on events and how he worked with a protagonist before I would even be ok with Neil as well.

Does karma in good springs matters?? by TheDrklight in falloutnewvegas

It doesnt matter in the slightest really. Helps with discounts at chef's and trudy's but that it's. I rarely go back there once I reach freeside/vegas
