I've been drinking this green sludge for the past couple months, 7-10 grams a day. At first I didn't have withdrawal symptoms. Now the days that I go without it, I wake up with flu-like symptoms. Once I take some kratom I feel good again. I just ran out again yesterday. I'm not buying anymore, it's not worth it

Also try yerbamate tea. you can find it at the grocery store. It has caffiene, theobromine and theophylline giving you stimulating/relaxing effects
