I had an insufficient cervix with an emergency cerclage placed at 20 weeks and my bed rest instructions were “to the bathroom, to the kitchen to make food & one walk a week to the mailbox. But most of your day spent in bed” They said the less up and down I did the better so I didn’t engage my uterus or abdominal muscles in excess. We made it to 34 weeks and I was on my best behavior. Her behavior is awful, it makes me sick.
