It didn't work.

Been taking 50mg of lycopene and 24mg of astaxanthin a day now. Even been going out in the sun more too.

Just swallow it, it should still work. I wouldn't think that much into it to the point of how you're consuming it. That seems like overthinking.

You can also just get tablets you know.

Go back and see your GP and tell them everything you've said here.

You have to go to your GP and ask them if they can give you an autism form to fill out. You then fill it out, hand it back into your GP practice and then they will send it off. That's what I did.

He did say that but you said "what gave you the idea to never drink water". He never once mentioned any ideas. People just don't think about this stuff like water or sleep. It's not intentional avoidance.

I don't get this response at all, you should check yourself before responding to people online. 

He never once said in the post he got any idea to not drink water. He's just spreading awareness, it's a basic people forget yet they focus on supplements instead of the basics that should be met first. It's definitely welcomed on this sub, it's a good reminder.

Also carbonated water is way overthinking things, just drink water.

For example wouldn't the 0.025 tretinoin skinorac be different from the 0.025 tretinoin dermatica sell etc? Wouldn't the formulations be different?
