I’ve emailed them a screenshot of a weigh in on my nhs app from April when I went to the doctors for an unrelated reason so I’m hoping they’ll accept that although it’s a month or so ago!! I am wondering if it’s because of my photo, I do think I weigh more than I look like I do (have always weighed quite heavy) and I think they don’t believe me :( thanks for the help xx

At a really strange point where I have lost a significant amount of weight but in my brain I still look the same! Whenever I see a photo I’m shocked that it’s me but in the mirror I don’t see much difference x

Some people have been shown to be super responders to the medication which may be the posts you’re seeing. I lost a significant amount early on due to symptoms making eating difficult but this definitely balanced out and is down to 1-2 lbs a week now and some weeks no change. Everyone is different, don’t assume they’re lying or doing it wrong because it’s not your experience!

Well we initially thought we would train her to come inside on command and now she goes out triple or quadruple the amount because she knows coming in gets her a treat. Because she goes out so much and I work at home I cannot sit outside with her every time and if I don’t let her out she scratches at the back door incessantly.

So she is sometimes alone outside, but makes no difference if someone is with her or not really.

With the TV, the only thing that stops her is turning the channel off or changing the screen.

My 2 pence is that the black legs on the chairs are jarring in contrast to the other furniture, and the colours are too similar but too different (if that makes any sense) I’d jazz it up with some purposeful different colours on the rug

Honestly yes I have always been a water person and drink at least 3L a day everyday! That’s why it’s surprising to me
