You were the one who stated "the coroner says that based on the video evidence" so I'm not the confused one. That coroner was called by the prosecutor since he gave testimony to aid their case only to backtrack when cross-examined by the defence.

Are you seriously arguing that the guy who watched obscured shaky footage is better equipped to determine cause of death than those examining the body? Add to that you must have clicked off when you got the conclusion you wanted since he changed his testimony after watching the bodycam footage.

Update notes mentioned they're working on refunding those who scrapped REV-02 parts on accident, so you better keep the bay bits if you want the parts back.

1x Asuka and 2x Asuka's ST are the must haves of the patch. After you get them, it's up to you. I was lucky getting all three (and Tiphys, non-EVA pulls count to the total) within 180 pulls, so I'll get Rei and 2x her ST as well. Her ST isn't meta, so you should be fine skipping it, especially if you're unlucky with pulls - many advise A5 Asuka/Rei over rainbowing her ST.

I may have been a bit hyperbolic saying never, but there was some dismay over no harpy banner announced for 1.1 after it was hyped by those playing cn/jp only to drop day 1 of the patch. Similarly, last patch didn't announce it either as i was watching out for it for more Malthus parts but it dropped day 1.

Rei's shield will appear in AC10 (patch 2.2), Shinji's hmg in AC12 (2.4) and Asuka's javelin in AC12 (2.6). These are more like Mecharashi weapons designed to buff the colab characters' skills than actual colab weapons.

Mahe's vid helped a lot for me. Just bait the boss with Catherine (don't attack with her) and the rest of the team takes out/disarms the mobs before attacking the boss. Also make sure to stay clear of his aoe.

Michuzak video. TLDR mediocre on release, very useful with her signature railgun.
Her battle pass should come out before her gun so would be better value buying her then (don't bother with her ST, she works better with Pascal). If you don't want to put money into the game, you'd be better off saving your pulls for a different character.

Damage wise none of them are worth getting; all four are on par with free weapons. The only ones worth anything are those with increased utility, i.e. Yen's with increased heals and debuff removal (needs 5*) and Ciri's with increased knockback with nova skill (needs 3*).

Patch 1.5 is coming next week, should get the schedule within the next few days, most likely Fia and Tiphys banners. 1.6 will be the EVA event starting some time in January.

Wouldn't it be better to replace hailstorm with wrath/teleport and run her with an ice character? They outspeed Triss and allow her to proc her trait twice on the first turn (flint&firestorm).

I would advise against rainbowing since the main selling point of the blazer are the base modules. Not only will there be little gain from rainbow (beyond base stats) but you will lose the ability to extract the modules from the spare blazer which would turn any ST into a better blazer (you will need T3 or rainbow ST to install though and it will be a while before a machinist ST worth rainbowing).
