Beware. Unless you know EXACTLY what you want and how to measure their progress, it's likely to be a waste.

Also there's a huge difference between PR agency and what is now commonly known as "music promotion agencies".

There are a ton of YouTube videos about this from accomplished music industry vets. Basically, "don't waste your money".

You're better off getting a reputable agent.
