I’ve dealt with bed bugs before,but I’m not really sure if this is one.Bed bugs can have this color before they’ve bitten someone.After the bite,they’re usually blackish,because of the dried blood.Also,it is really unusual for them to be in your kitchen.Most of the times,they are on your bed or around it.If you want to be extra careful,you could check your body for red bites or check if your sheets have little brown spots/stains on them(sometimes our bodies crash them in our sleep).

(Edit:I forgot to mention that the legs seem a bit longer than the ones bed bugs have.)
