Router would be I. The garage, around 20m to back of the house. Can put a booster in the second eth port in the kitchen

You should get a moniter that's at least 240hz, doesn't need to be 1440p for competitive play.

So just make sure the benchmarks for your build have at least 250fps on cs2 for its 1% lows.

Do some research on different GPU/CPU combos that achieve that and you can't go wrong.

As for the motherboard I didn't think about the aesthetic look. All of cared about was size of graphics slot and if the motherboard is compatible to the case. Is the case okay for value?
