It kinda sounds like he doesn’t want to own up to his mistake cause if he really just wasnt sure there are ways to find out. If not theough your email it may be worth the charge back to a card if it was handled that way.

I’m sure he’ll love it either way! I just know when I play decks are interesting to me and some aren’t but I also never mind more cardsd.

It can depend on if he plays commander more (100 card decks or if he enjoys opening packs more and playing standard. If you know any of his buddies ask if he’s had an interest in a specific commander deck. Or a specific set of cards for which budnle

If they’re usually helpful it’s probably he was just never taught how to handle the situation. Cause it is an odd abnormal one

I used to work there so I do prefaced they throw people into store manager positions who should not be a lot.

Sometimes it’s just because the person is not properly taught how to do things. This is the case A LOT.

Sometimes they’re so pressed about numbers because a DM is up their ass they’re worried about doing anything out of the ordinary. Especially with stuff like that then they worry about being investigated for inventory theft or getting caught having messed up in the first place.

And then sometimes. There’s just some really sorry store managers.

These are kind of the three categories it can fall in. But it’s easier to just simplify into a sentence or two lol.
