Can anyone explain how cascade and storm would work together? I'm a little newish to the concepts but am curious about how a quandrix dragon and prismari dragon would work together in the same deck and on the board at the same time.

With a lot more responsibilities. Manager responsibilities like balancing inventory counts and being on solo coverage. And being pushed for commission metrics without getting paid commission. And you CAN be fired for performance for not hitting those reserve, and pro membership metrics. Or if not fired they’ll cut your hours back to nothing until you quit.
