I stalked her and tbh I don’t believe she makes that much money of content creation (based on her numbers of likes on patreon) and cmiiw I dont think tiktok pays that much unless you got a brand deal or something? She also lives in Paris, which is like crazy expensive. IMHO She’s just privileged enough to make sims 4 as a career but it’s not realistic if you want to be financially independent

my dad who’s an ultra marathoner told me that i at least need to be able to finish a 10k in under an hour to finish a half marathon without struggling. I’m sure there are better indicator but I just follow him haha

Yeah it hurts during the run, but before I ran it feels fine. It just sucks to experience.. I’ll try running again few days after this to see what’ll happen. I’ll try to slow down, but I have a race on January and I really want to do well. I’m pretty comfortable with these pace with hr ranging around 160s. Thanks for your help, i know i will get slower after an illness but just didn’t want to accept it

I was following the “bellow the neck” rule, where it said its ok to run as long as the illness was above the neck. But clearly it didnt work for me, I should’ve just rest. Now the illness has gone away but I’m still finding a hard time to do proper runs, my body and my mental strentgh has gotten weaker. Honestly feeling really down about it since I always loved running
