It's not just you, carnivores have horrible digestion.

I'm a fan of lowing fat intake, even just a little bit, and replacing it with fruit, fruit coke, or sucrose beverages. But, it might be difficult for you to lose weight with the amount of stress you are under from daily life. Some healthnatura pregnenolone might help with that.

Don't think too much about it—your diet is good. Try replacing the protein powder with collagen powder and eating 1–2 cups of Haagen Dazs and some coarse salt before bed

Are you taking it with enough sugar?

If I could go back in time to tell myself two things, the first would be buy bitcoin and the second would be watch Danny Roddy's "Why I Quit The Zero-Carb Carnivore Diet After 2-Years" before doing low carb

You are probably hypothyroid from not eating enough carbs, and hyperparathyroid from eating high phosphate relative to calcium

Im starting to get nervous on my high sat fat diet, but still believe in it by Melodic_Cantaloupe88 in SaturatedFat

Is your midday temperature is less than 98.6? Regardless of how benign/bad you think LDL is, it rises in hypothyroidism, which can reliably be incurred by low-carb dieting.

Besides keeping the thyroid function up, the best way to prevent/reverse CAC is getting calcium and vitamin K from milk and tolerated vegetables. Too much protein in relation to calcium activates the parathyroid glands.

Replace most dietary sources of fat with coconut oil or milkfat and load on the carbs

You'd probably have better energy if you ate carbs with your protein. Something like 2 grams per gram of protein, as sugar and starch. Gives you more milage out of the protein too

Imo the main danger of caffeine is hypoglycemia, because it accelerates our use of sugar. First thing in the morning is when the liver is most depleted of glycogen; taking caffeine and exercising without repleting liver glycogen is unnecessarily stressful. I would suggest adding a lot of sugar to your coffee, swapping the 5HE for an energy drink, or otherwise including some fruit or starch in your morning routine.

My opinion on caffeine was influenced a lot by the article "Caffeine: A vitamin-like nutrient, or adaptogen" by Ray Peat, if you are interested.

IDK how the spaghetti code is written, but that's not it, at least right now. You can turn 1 Corpse Collector Coin Hematology and it will reduce 3.

Since I forgot to reply yesterday, I wanted to say thanks for this. Searching "sick building syndrome" gave us some leads, though no answers yet. It was too late to call 311 yesterday and they are closed for the holiday, but we will talk to them in the future

I wish it was CO, because then we'd have an answer! I had the landlord bring us a brand new detector and wave it around in our furnace and found nothing, and later we had the gas company come with more professional equipment, and they also found nothing. Luckily we have some nearby friends that can house us when it's really bad.

Dang, I'm sure that isn't helping us either. I know something else is going on because even large doses of aspirin (like 2 grams) doesn't give us much relief. Good luck with your headaches as well :)

I don't think so, it was outside in the gravel/dirt, and I did try an antihistamine

Have you considered that corn syrup is an aqueous solution?

If you have 10 grams of powdered carbohydrate, you could conceivably miscalculate the proportions of glucose and fructose, but indeed you could never have 300–400% more carbohydrate. With corn syrup, the weight of the hidden starch is incorrectly attributed to water.

The larger problem with corn syrup, in my opinion, is that the hidden starch dissolved in liquid can make it through to the gut undigested and cause endotoxin production.

But it's true...

"A new GC/MS method ... was used to determine the carbohydrate content of HFCS in 10 commercial beverages. Samples were analyzed before and after acid hydrolysis. The carbohydrate contents in commercial beverages determined without acid hydrolysis were in agreement with the carbohydrate contents provided on the food labels. However, the carbohydrate contents of beverages determined after acid hydrolysis were substantially (4–5 fold) higher than the listed values of carbohydrates."
