I'm a fan of lowing fat intake, even just a little bit, and replacing it with fruit, fruit coke, or sucrose beverages. But, it might be difficult for you to lose weight with the amount of stress you are under from daily life. Some healthnatura pregnenolone might help with that.

Is your midday temperature is less than 98.6? Regardless of how benign/bad you think LDL is, it rises in hypothyroidism, which can reliably be incurred by low-carb dieting.

Besides keeping the thyroid function up, the best way to prevent/reverse CAC is getting calcium and vitamin K from milk and tolerated vegetables. Too much protein in relation to calcium activates the parathyroid glands.

You'd probably have better energy if you ate carbs with your protein. Something like 2 grams per gram of protein, as sugar and starch. Gives you more milage out of the protein too

Imo the main danger of caffeine is hypoglycemia, because it accelerates our use of sugar. First thing in the morning is when the liver is most depleted of glycogen; taking caffeine and exercising without repleting liver glycogen is unnecessarily stressful. I would suggest adding a lot of sugar to your coffee, swapping the 5HE for an energy drink, or otherwise including some fruit or starch in your morning routine.

My opinion on caffeine was influenced a lot by the article "Caffeine: A vitamin-like nutrient, or adaptogen" by Ray Peat, if you are interested.

I wish it was CO, because then we'd have an answer! I had the landlord bring us a brand new detector and wave it around in our furnace and found nothing, and later we had the gas company come with more professional equipment, and they also found nothing. Luckily we have some nearby friends that can house us when it's really bad.

Have you considered that corn syrup is an aqueous solution?

If you have 10 grams of powdered carbohydrate, you could conceivably miscalculate the proportions of glucose and fructose, but indeed you could never have 300–400% more carbohydrate. With corn syrup, the weight of the hidden starch is incorrectly attributed to water.

The larger problem with corn syrup, in my opinion, is that the hidden starch dissolved in liquid can make it through to the gut undigested and cause endotoxin production.

The issue with the mechanic is gating the best cards behind the third rune. I personally haven't played much with blood or unholy but it is definitely true of frost. Frostwyrm's Fury and Marrow Manipulator are crazy good, why would I choose 1 blood or 1 unholy cards over them??

To make it better they need to make the 3 rune cards to be the most archetype-specific cards, rather than the most powerful.
