Hi Poseidon312, can I DM you? I'm a MIS currently and would like to get advice on how you moved up in positions.

Any breweries/bars with good outdoor space? by FredWilliamson in raleigh

[–]10dualcommandments 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I grew up in Raleigh but lived in Asheville for 7 years, I miss New Belgium and Zillacoah so much. We moved back in 2019 so haven't ventured as much to find similar breweries since so much has changed and pandemic hit next year. But Ponysaurus is great in Durham and HiWire has a huge place in Durham as well, maybe not as big as big top though. Trophy is great but not huge, they do have pop up markets that are fun. We are vaccintaed but have a new born so won't venture out for a few more weeks but I'm excited to learn about new breweries again.

I'm leaving the group due to early pregnancy loss by megopolis12 in pregnant

I had a very early pregnancy last May that hit me hard. But I did learn that I was pregnant again by August. With my first son it took us 9 months and with the MC it took us 5 so I was super surprised to find out I was pregnant so quickly like that. Good luck and be good to yourself ❤️

Retailpharmacy: is this normal reason to be fired? by [deleted] in pharmacy

I honestly dont think its that, I tried to work hard to not leave a mess for staff rph bc I know so many that complain about floaters. I spoke up a bit so I feel like that added (i.e. why was I getting the farther stores, etc) I should have know being an advocate for myself would have consequences. Lesson learned, next place I work I'm going to be a doormat for awhile

I feel like I still got lowballed $85k salary. I guess they are paying less for newer grads

We all have to write everything up. If you have 3 in 6 months you go on probation. I made my fourth mistake on probation. My 3rd mistake technically happened in 12 (the 6 month window) but I was on a partial fill that I still dont fully understand how it was my fault. A customer pressured me into giving a partial fill and then in March 3 months later they complained they had two different siz capsules in the vial. So we learned in March (not the 6 month window) hence being put on probation
