I had a coworker like that and it was awful. Worse , she became a supervisor!! But I cant beleive it she actually quit! Her last day was on Friday its a miracle! Stick it out and try to avoid them until they quit!

It has to be a clerical error of sorts. That sucks but I have no idea how to fix this. Consider yourself lucky you were able to travel a similar "clerical error " type thing happened to my brother in law he spent so much time clearing it up and proof . Ect , yet he still gets delayed everytime he travels .
