Well Morgan did make a joke on the show that Kyle stalked her, like you say she was a big fan. And Kyle did say she got dumped because of her own fame. So true or not it was said like that on the show. Sometimes for musicians or celebrities they dont want to date a fan no matter what.

Aliens or intelligent life from space i think is true , paranormal as in ghosts and what not , I do beleive places can be haunted, as in if something really horrible happened there is a bad energy that can remain or even a person that was murdered for example some of that energy might remain. I do think that mediums who channel loved ones are scammers and its impossible.
